NIGHTWISH Hard At Work On New CD

Finland's NIGHTWISH have laid down the drum tracks for their upcoming, as-yet-untitled full-length effort at Finnvox Studios and are currently recording the bass and guitars at the Kitee Huvikeskus facility before returning to Finnvox in March to cut the vocals and mix the album. 11 original songs and one as-yet-undisclosed cover are being recorded for the CD, which will feature a common lyrical theme running through all the tracks (the band do not wish to refer to it as a concept album, apparently). If everything goes according to plan, NIGHTWISH's follow-up to 2000's Wishmaster will be released at the end of May or beginning of June.
